The General Service Whistle, often referred to as the 'GSW' and or the police whistle. A whistle having a parallel sided body with at least two windows. This museum features photographs of General Service Whistles with only the Hudson markings or in the absence of any marking characteristics of a Hudson. This is by no means a full set of Metropolitans, whistles with markings not shown here do occasionally show up.
